Know-how and respect for nature

Our champagne is produced with traditional organic method that protects our environment and your health :

- Manual cut vine, vintage and bottle turning,

- Vineyard preserved from chemical fertilizer and substances,

- Controlled by the competent body Ecocert,

- Certified AB.


Our champagne matures at least 3 years in our cellar.

Vines are cut such as to obtain high quality grapes and moderate yield.


This method gives our champagne a delightful taste and grape-fruit flavour.

In the wonderful site of « Vallée de la Marne » and « route

touristique du champagne », our vineyards are ideally oriented south.
